HOW TO START:
Just call or email me with your address and I'll let you know if we serve your neighborhood. If we do, we will set up a weekly order with you. That's it. We'll take care of the rest. I deliver very early morning. Depending on your location, your products will be in the milk box between 4 am and 9 am. This gives you a chance to bring in our fresh products before you start your busy day. I do provide an insulated milk box for you. (I only ask that you make sure we get them back if you ever decide to cancel service.)

HOW TO ORDER/CHANGE YOUR ORDER:
When you sign up, we will take your weekly order. If we do not hear from you, this will be delivered on your delivery day. THERE IS NO OBLIGATION – EVER! You can call us 24 hours a day (preferred) or print and fill out our ORDER FORM and place it in your milk box--we'll fill your order the following week. You may cancel or change any order at any time, but make sure you get your changes to us by 10:00 AM the day before your delivery day.

OUR GUARANTEE:
Our products are guaranteed for 14 days --UNCONDITIONALLY!! If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with any product we simply ask you to call us with an explanation and we will either replace the product or credit your account.

BILLING:
You will get an itemized statement on the first delivery after the 25th of each month. It comes with a self addressed envelope that you may mail to us or return it to the milk box to save a stamp.
