Do you deliver to my area?
email uswith your address and we will be able to tell you right away if we are in your area. I deliver to most of University Place, Fircrest and the north end of Tacoma.
Are there membership fees or time requirements?
No, you may stop and cancel your service at anytime via a call to our 24 hour a day phone line. 253-564-4307
How do you bill for the products?
An itemized bill will be left in your milk box on the first delivery after the 25th of each month. It will come with a self addressed envelope that you may mail to us or place in the milk box to save a stamp. You may make a payment anytime and it will be reflected on the next invoice.
Do I have to get the full order every week?
No, you may change your order either on a permanent basis or any delivery. You may subtract or add to your standing order in any manner you choose. In addition, if you need to cancel a delivery due to vacation or in the event you will not be home, you may simply contact us to skip that week. Our only request is that you contact us via phone or email by 10:00 am the day before your delivery.
Do you guarantee your products?
Yes. It's very simple: You must be 100% satisfied with every product we deliver. If you are not satisfied, you should call us and we will either replace the product or give you credit on your account.
Where does your milk come from?
All of our milk comes from local Washington cows. It is packaged locally and put on the loading dock in Puyallup where I pick it up and bring it to your home.
